Not a good experience.
I knew that these were beautiful but when they arrived every item was broken. There was no cushioning between the items and the box they were in was inside another box that had just one strip of pillow type cushion which was flat. To add insult to injury I cut my finger on the fragments that were loose in the outer box. There was nothing on the outer box saying that the contents were fragile. Returned the package today and will never order anything delicate again.
