LowaMen's Renegade GTX Mid Ankle Boot
R**K
Lowa Schuhe Renegade GTX Mid- Drier feet with a pair of flippers!
These Lowa boots really do flatter to deceive. They look the part and for a couple of months and perform well. But then the problems hit. The sole started coming away from the boot and stitching all around the toe cap started to break. The result is that they are next to useless in the waterproofing stakes I might as well wear flippers. They leak like sieves. What a waste of money. They are recommended if you want to spend a lot of money on the most expensive gardening boots ever. I have subsequently bought a pair of Salomon boots which are really excellent. Let me also stress that while I do a lot of walking it's more of the Brecon Beacons than the Ben Nevis variety. A tough terrain but certainly not anything that should trouble a good pair of boots.
