So impressed with this! I have been looking for bulk powdered milk for a long time. They shipped it the day ordered. It arrived in an ice storm. I was worried that the box was wet. So pleased that it was packaged well with a plastic bag for a liner. Price is great. Quality excellent. I will buy again.

This milk arrived in secure packaging. That's super important when your looking at a powder substance and possible small puncture holes during Shipping. During repackaging, we tried it out. Not bad, and will work wonderfully for baking.The original bag did not have reconstitution instructions, so we simply used what we had been doing with other dry milk instructions.

I bought this to make yogurt. Land O Lakes generally has good products, but this NF powdered milk is horrible. First, no matter how I try to mix it (hot, warm, cold water, small amount of water to make a paste first, sprinkle on top, etc.) it WILL NOT dissolve. Second, it smells and tastes musty. Usually I will try a small bag of something first, but that was not an option, so I took a chance ... bad move. I can't afford to throw it out, but I will never buy it again.

I repackaged as 4.5 cups into mylar bags, with dessicants, and then vacuum sealed. Maybe a bit over kill, but it works for me. Stored in a cool room, in sealed buckets, other people get 10-15 years from this type of product.I tried a number of products, and this was the best, it has a VERY fine consistency, which makes it much easier to mix into water again, as well as being exceptionally dried out. The flavor is delicious. I have tried other products and they are not nearly as smooth.
