I bought this for a young boy to keep his tiddlers captive. It will probably hold these but I have had to adapt the net for safer use. It comes with a hopeless peg, made of tin-like hollow metal with sharp edges. The net ring is sort of held together by a long nut and bolt with no locking washer. I have replaced it and the removed the peg, instead using a piece nylon cord through an extra rivet. I needed a small net but I can already see metal through the nylon webbing and doubt if will last until next year. All in all, I should have spent double and bought a better made and designed net to last more than a season. The net material seems reasonable so there is just a chance that it will do the job. I will try to update after some use.

no where near big enough for a fishing keepnet unless your fishing for tadpoles

What a load of crap to small will damage the fish u catch to weigh in do not buy picture does not show proper detail of net

I suppose you get what you pay for, not good, can't use it too small and flimsy.
