Q: How many zipper areas on this waist pack

There are a total of six zippered compartments.

Q: What are the measurements of the front compartment? my iphone 6 is 5 1/2" x 3". will it fit?

I keep my Iphone 6 in the zipper pocket above the front one. It slides in and I have no issue with it being too tight.

Q: Are there any extensions available for this Fanny Pack??

Not sure, but goes to about 44 to 46. I love it!
