UPDATE: as promised I’ve added photos without any lid, to show that the leaks have NOTHING to do with what lid you use. This leak is clearly from the bottom seam and has nothing to do with a lid. These cups leak from the SEAM of the paper connecting. Sometimes you end up with a big puddle under your cup, sometimes it’s just a drop or two on your coaster. Either way it’s ANNOYING AF when you have FIVE HUNDRED leaky cups to use or throw away. Waste of money, waste of paper.This was our second order and this batch is HORRIBLE. Each stack of cups is so smashed together that it takes two grown men to yank the cups apart. To add insult to injury, these cups leak at the seams. ALL OF THEM. We have not had a single cup not leak at the seam. See photo attached. So much for white cups. We now have a ZILLION since this was such a large order and the box us HEAVY AF so not the most convenient to ship back. Waste of money.

We've gone through 500 of these (4oz, Red) for espresso at home and work. They're really nice cups, and are well-packaged to arrive damage-free. We just bought 500 more in the gray color, and those also arrived in perfect condition. No offensive paper taste, and pretty upscale. The red color is a little light, I could prefer more of a fire-engine red than a carnival-red, but that's because I have some of them sitting next to a fire-engine red Nespresso machine at work!One interesting thing--separating the cups is a bit of a puzzle. If you try to twist them, or pull them apart forcibly, they're difficult to separate. An easy, gentle, axial pull and they come apart easily. In that way, they're like the old Chinese finger traps! Get them, and you'll see what I'm talking about. But we're back for more, and I can recommend them.

Had a chance to try these cups on several occasions while waiting at an airport. Very comfortable and attractive design. As advertised they remain cool to the touch with a hot beverage and are easy and comfortable to grasp. So I purchased these for our company use. So far so good and we have not experienced any leaks, as with some previous reviews. All seem to like the blue color also. As with other reviews, the sleeves certainly can be difficult to separate and require a little patience and technique. I did not pay attention (my fault) to the fact that LIDS ARE NOT INCLUDED. They can be bought separately but, in my opinion, are ridiculously expensive. I mean, really, who expects a 'to-go' cup to be without a lid on top? So, in summary, 3 STARS: They work as promised but sleeves of cups are jammed together too tightly and when you add the cost of lids I think there are other options available that work just fine and for a much more reasonable total cost.Follow Up: In addition, just an FYI: I had a stack of Dixie Perfectouch 12 oz lids and they fit these cups perfectly.

These cups are not 4 oz cups. We sell a 4 oz chocolate drink and have been doing so for nearly 10 years. These cups only hold 3.5 oz. (See the attached photo). I wish this company would test the volume of this cup before trying to pass these off to customers under false pretenses.

We switched to these cups because they were slightly cheaper that the 100 pack I reviewed today earlier. Enough cheaper that we had to go this route. They are everything the 100 batch were. Nice looking. Unlike the 100, this order didn't come with anything other than the cups. But even buying the universal tops and stirrers, it was still s much better price. We are giving out so many cups of coffee a day, we needed 500 cups. The only drawback, and I am still trying to decide if it my imagination, these cups do seem to be a bit hotter to hold that the cups in the 100 batch. But that is not bad enough to be a deal breaker. They look just as classy as the 100. Be forewarned that we are struggling to pull these apart. Definitely plan to do that in advance!

Using the orange ones with the white lids at our church. They are sturdy and look nice -- and cheerful.

We used this for soup shooters at a buffet event and they were perfect, and easy to fill and most importantly substantial to hold! Good product which also looks great.

these are very nice cups. They work for the intended purpose and they are sturdy enough for me to reuse for a day or two. I specifically bought them for the closable lid - that was of paramount importance to us. The only reason I gave these 3 stars is that in each sleeve of cups, the cups are stuck together. Significantly so. We have to pry them apart before setting them out or the employees and guests will destroy the cups while trying to get them apart. I don't know if this true for every shipment, but it is true for every sleeve in this shipment.

These cups are perfect in every way. They came well packaged and were easy to unstack ready for use. I've used over 50 of the 500 I ordered and so far, not one of them disappointed. No leaks, even when pouring boiled water straight from the kettle for making tea. I am extremely satisfied by the quality of these cups and will be definitely ordering more when I need to.

After all the recent headlines about disposable cups, we were determined to go green and use recyclable cups.

These are extremely well made and very durable. I offten used mine four or five times to help save on waste. The ribbed exterior has great heat disapation so easy to hold onto a hot beverage. Perfect for the large size Kureig dispensed cup. Excellent value for the price. Will order again.

Perfectly insulated and very nice to look at. Our patient’s love them and a couple have even taken them home or to their offices to order them for their own use.It saves you from buying the sleeves to protect your hands. Great product!

Very pleased with the quality of these cup lids. Purchasing for craft projects so wish they were available in smaller quantities! I'm sure more customers would purchase for same reason if you did not need to share or store this amount of lids. Might be market for crafters as well as espresso drinkers or sellers??
