Classic Home & Garden 10512D-531R 12" Alena Planter, Distressed Galvanized

Super cute, lightweight.

Didn't work for me, returned it. It probably would be OK for outside as it's plastic. Color was little brighter than pictured.

The planter is as described, but it is Black with Gold flecks. It is NOT weathered copper at all. Company did respond to my inquiry and were easy to deal with.

I bought a set of the galvanized style planters. They look exactly like what is posted. They seems sturdy and they are lightweight. I repotted my Fidler plant in one of them and so far, it's held up great. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to order more if I needed to.

Photo shows comparison of 9" Weathered Copper and 12" Distressed Galvanized. I wish they had matching plant saucers to catch the excess drainage.The 12" has a crack on the bottom and 5-6" up the side so I am returning for another.The Weathered Copper looks like cheap sponge-painted and is ugly... nothing like the photo on-line, so it is also being returned.

Economical and well done, this planter is nice to look at.

Planter is actually made better than expected for $16.49. Sturdy composite (plastic?) and dimensions for opening & height are precisely as advertised- a HUGE plus with planters. This item would have been 5 stars but the depiction of the item is not what you get.1) Though the dimensions of opening & height are correct, the shape is more narrow than the photos lead you to believe, making it less stable and more apt to tip over than expected. -2 stars2) I honestly didn’t expect the faux paint job to be exact or perfect, but I did expect at least a somewhat similar look to the planter advertised. Nope 👎 not even close. -2 starsNOTE: I even tried squinting my eyes to see if that would help it look like the one in the photo of the planter advertised.IF they were going for honesty/integrity, (evidently characteristics of a bygone era), the item would be listed as follows:“Narrow, black planter with very random gold (not copper) splotches that we are calling ‘weathered copper’ because it sounds so lovely & expensive. Definitely going to tip over with most plants due to narrowing circumference down to 6 1/4 inch base which makes it top heavy.”So if you desire a planter that is 9 inches tall with a 12 inch opening that narrows down to a 6 1/4 inch base, and the faux weathered copper paint job isn’t even in the realm of weathered copper, or any copper for that matter, then this planter will fit the bill perfectly-

We transplanted 2 mums that we are wanting to keep. We needed a bigger pot for them and they look really good!

I bought this because of the green/teal colour. The one I received was all brown and gold. No green at all.

Love the look of this and was exactly what I wanted for an arrangement of cacti. The only downfall is that there is holes on the bottom and it doesn’t come with a tray to collect water

Ordered 3 of these pots. First one arrived separately. Second shipment (of 2 pots) arrived with bottom of one pot totally damaged. No mark or destruction on box so product must have been damaged before shipping.
