Let me start off by saying that I received my desk but had some quality issues with it upon arrival. I took off one star for the whole thing, and overall I am happy with the desk but.......First off, the desk arrived damaged. The top piece was damaged and I was unable to hide the gouge and cracks in the corner of the desk. I reached out to customer service, who promptly set up a replacement piece delivery about a week out. The second piece arrived, and although packed extremely well, this piece too was damaged. It had cracks and dents in the corners of the piece, but the piece would be installed in the back where no one could see the damage, so I let customer service know. I'm sure they would have sent out another top piece, but there was no reason to. Secondly, the instructions are picture only. No text. As some other reviewers have noted, this isn't the easiest desk to put together, simple as it looks. If you don't get the pictures right, you will find yourself having to take apart the desk and put it back together. Count me as one who got the drawers put together backwards and only had to take them apart, not the whole desk. You must pay attention to the pictures, or it will set you back in time. I finally got it all together, and in the end it is a nice, simple looking desk but really meets my needs. The desk looks nice for the price, and it holds up together well. So in the end, if you can get past the hurdles, you will be rewarded with a very nice looking desk - but I stress, please follow the pictures as best you can, and make sure everything is right or you will find yourself taking it apart and starting over.

3 star because it started peeling within the first week leaving sharp corners and edges that are dangerous.

Love the look of the desk, drawers are nice with slow closing mech. Roomy. However, putting together was not easy, with drawers you have to work it out before putting together... I did not follow instructions as they made no sense! I had put the drawers first and then attaches the sliding mechanisms. As some of the metal screw things were not able to turn to close position if you put it together following instructions they provided. Desk is nice though remember you get what you pay for so don’t expect top of the line quality! Took me 43 y.o. F, like an hour to put it together. Hint if your drawers look crooked, inside the compartment where drawers go into has the slide part, it’s adjustable just have to adjust the screw ( which fit into an oval hole ) . Once you either raise it up or down on both left and right side your drawers should look aligned.

I like the aesthetic of the desk; however, it is time consuming to assemble and there are no written instructions - just pictures. One of the metal slides for the drawers also arrived broken.

The drawers of the furniture are completely misaligned and the assembly manual is a disaster.I paid a lot of money to get something Nice and get this ugly Think.
