failed with no use in a little over a year
we purchased this in march 2018 and installed it in June 2018 and recently attempted to use it and it has failed. either does not activate at all or one burner partially activates. it is out of warranty now. it is a great looking unit and after installation, the burners and controls operated as advertised. Cause of the failure is indeterminate according to t our electrician. no obvious damage or failed part. just no longer works.

TERRIBLE
We bought this item and just installed it. It worked once and then it stopped. So frustrated

FRUSTRATING
There are no words for how awful this is—it was newly-installed in my apartment one year ago, and it shuts itself off constantly! “Intuitive cooking”? Imagine trying to cook pasta, and walking into your kitchen halfway through to find your stove has tuned itself off. And it beeps constantly! Honestly, its “smart sensors” react to the smallest noises and vibrations... maddening. We don’t need “intuitive” appliances, we just need a stove top with an on-off control that we can actually control.
