Excel Steel Saw Horse Adjustable Legs Twin Pack

I have used many products like this over the years in my profession and I have to say, these are about the best I have come across. They may seem a bit flimsy when you are putting the legs out but once they are down it is a solid as a rock. The other feature I do like is the fact you can adjust each leg to a different height, this makes my life a lot easier when on uneven ground, the other excellent feature is the section you can put a piece of 4' x 2' timber to make a bench, I do use this most of the time, but the best feature is how neatly they fold up this saves room in my van and with the carrying handle makes them easy to carry to where you need them. Have highly recommended this product to friends in the same trade as myself.

I was suspicious because of how cheap they were but turned out to be very sturdy and I can't believe I lived without a pair so long. The folding mechanism is very stiff but the fact they can fold and be stored away without taking space in the workshop makes up for it.

I thought that I would have to send these back. Because maybe the quality, for the price wouldn't be good. But having now used them, I think they are absolutely brilliant. Really sturdy, the adjustment on the legs is very good. There are ones twice the price, where both of the legs drop, at the touch of a button. But does that warrant a doubled price tag? No. I read on the reviews that Excel were not brilliant in posting them out quickly, but mine arrived 2 days early, so well done Excel. A definite thumbs up and recommendation from me.

4 June 2022:-These things are solid and sturdy and they should be as they weigh quite a bit, I wouldn't like to have to carry them up several flights of stairs, when in use they are solid as a rock, I know it says Maximum weight capacity 1178 KG and I'm sure that's for safety reasons but I bet these thing's would take another 250 KG although I wouldn't recommend it.The only niggle I HAD with them is they are easy to unfold but it took me ages to fold them away again, there's definitely a knack to folding these things away (you have to fold one side before you can fold the other, each end is numbered 1 & 2) and it was a pain the first few times but now I've got the hang of it they are folded up and packed away in no time.I know they are a bit pricey for what they are but honestly, they are built like tanks so should last forever, as I'm writing this there are 4 people giving less than 4 stars but NONE have left reviews which is not helpful as we don't know if they had issues with the product, the company that sold them, delvery or something else there are 188 people giving 4 & 5 stars so just on the numbers alone it shows a lot of people are happy with them.1/Oct/2023 Update:-These things are still going strong, I've not had a single problem with them, only time will tell.

Great product easy to use. Simply unfold the legs and adjust them to the height you require even if you are working on an uneven surface you can make them level. They seem pretty heavy but it adds to the sturdiness of the trestles. Really well made and after you’ve finished they fold away again for easy storage.

I was very impressed with how strong and sturdy these trestles were, and when folded away how little storage space they took up.I would definitely recommend. 👌

They are a very useful tool. Easy easy to use & seemingly well built. They are cheaper than competitor equivalents So reasonable value in that. I am sure they will last me several years & see plenty of use.
