My First Spanish Word Board Book/Mi Primer Libro de Palabras en Espanol (My First series)

I find it hilarious that Amazon has me fill out six questions about this book to post a review. IT'S A WORD BOARD BOOK! It is an awesome word board book, bu there is no plot, no real "writing" and narration? What it does have is a ton of common items and their translations. We saw this at a friends house house and my 1st grader thought it was a great help in his Spanish class. It's also been fun to hear him read the book to his younger brother who is just learning to talk. The content is great, the words clear and construction should last several kids!

Living in midwest United States makes it difficult to simply go to the bookstore and pick up a book suitable for toddlers to learn Spanish and English. This book I would definitly recommend to any parent for toddlers-3 years easily. Its hardcover, durable and has several pages with a lot of words, with accompanying clear pictures. I think the only thing I would have liked to see included is a phonetic way of pronouncing the words, especially for parents who have no previous knowledge of the Spanish language. There is plenty of content, so I felt like I was getting my money's worth.

My son loves this book! It has so many different words. I thought it was only going to be a few pages and not alot of words but it is beyond my expectations and i am very happy with the variety.

I bought this for my 2yr old so he can learn Spanish...My husband and I speak English and Spanish in our home and his grandparents speak to him in Spanish so he understands it but he doesn't speak it very well...He enjoys looking at the pictures and I read the words while we look at the picture..he enjoys it very much...he's even repeating the words now..its a nice little book....great way to introduce Spanish to a young child

This book was a replacement of the original book that did not have Spanish words as well. Our daughter is 13 months old and this is one of her favorite books (she is a little book worm). We have not been able to teach her the Spanish words as of yet, but you can ask what just about anything in the book is and she will point to that object.I and my wife felt that teaching her Spanish was also essential especially when we decide to move out West were it so often used. An excellent buy and you cannot go wrong!

Colorful! My 2 year old still loves this after a year. His favorite page is the numbers and animals.

Bought it for my 3 year old daughter. She is already bilingual and showing interest in learning spanish. She throws words here and there in spanish so I decided to improve her skill.The book is fun and interesting for her and have all the basic and important words she may need to learn as a beginner. I am learning some new words with her as well :)

Helt okej bok för att barn ska lära sig grunden.

Bought this for my daughter’s nursery to use to practice Spanish with her (we speak Spanish at home as husband is from Latin America). It’s a lovely sturdy book that covers a lot of basic words with vibrant pictures.It’s smaller than I expected but not an issue.Obviously there are some words that have different translations due to the different Spanish dialects but it’s fine.
