I did a lot of research before ordering and was actually alerted to this phone by the GSMarena comparison which then directed me to get it at Amazon in the US. I am VERY happy with the choice. The battery is amazing, and the weight increase because of it is totally manageable. This phone has waaaaaaayyyy more programable options with easy access and gives you a hell of a lot more information and data about the phone at your fingertips than ANY phone I've owned, admittedly all of which have been cheaper than this one but across a wide spectrum. Phone came packaged as if I'd got it at any retail location, so no worries there. They include a US 110plug adapter if you are in the US with the order. Speed, sound, quality and camera are all great. I was worried about the camera lenses potentially being exposed to get scratched. I am using it with the silicone cover that comes with it. As suspected the lenses are still exposed even with that on, but no scratching yet. I did forget about the size/length and weight difference a couple of times when I first got it and dropped it out of pockets but no damage apart from small scratch on silicone cover.

This Mobile Phone have a great Proccesor, Cuad Camera and de the capability to accelereate every App What do you need, None App Frezze Work Great, and the Big Screem is very helpfull for reading, take Photos, See videos ot only play games, the only thinks its that have only one speaker, but its louder. an amazing phone - bought it as a gift but it impress me - I had a the time a Samsung Galaxy 10 plus - my gf loves it - lasted a long time - finally after so many falls i had to replace it

I've always had phones that were debuted years before I got one. Then... because I don't break them and everyone else in my family does... I have them for years. I am upgrading from a Moto G5s (3g processor, 32G space, w/ a 13mp camera) to THIS phone (6g, 128g, 48mp camera)! 6g is so fast and I can finally have ALL the necessary apps. Online learning with kids = a ton of apps. I love this phone. The first one I got from my husband was the 4g version and it did have some sound distortion when playing audiobooks. I sent that one back and ordered the 6g version from this seller, but I was sent an empty phone box. Amazon took care of me and I was reimbursed. While I was worried I'd get another empty box from this seller (and Amazon wouldn't believe me), I wanted the phone so much I risked it and ordered it again. This time it came in a bag and had a seal on the box. Phone was there! First thing to do is get the app drawer working, turn off the recommendations the phone wants to make on everything, and remove the watermark on the pictures - then voila! Great phone! The tabs in the app drawer and the floating windows make the phone very work-friendly.Update 6/8/2021 (6 months after purchase): Unless I have the phone on speakerphone I can't hear callers and they can't hear me. I've done a ton of troubleshooting. Nothing has fixed this. "The Internet" shows that the top speaker not working at all is a common hardware problem that has been around for a while. IDK about the mic. It doesn't make sense since it works on speakerphone. I'm SO SAD. Because this is an international phone not sold in the US then it is not covered by a manufacturer warranty and there are no service centers for it in the US. I did get the Asurion insurance but they do not have great customer service so I'm still in the process of getting the phone repaired/replaced.

I've read reviews for many different budget smart phones of 2020 and glad I found this one. I use mine with Metro PCS in Florida and it works great. Only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't support WiFi calling as there's poor cell reception out here in the woods where I live and usually need WiFi calling to make cell phone calls at home. Can't beat the pros verses the cons tho.

Great phonez and you not going to get a better phone for the money anytime soon..One complaint.. the factory installed screen protector is complete garbage.. looked awesome at first and in less than a week it bubbled first in the middle and now it's starting to peel up from the top..If you want a screen protector on it, buy your own for when the factory one goes south

Este celular realmente supero mis expectativas.Fisicamente el color azul es muy bonito, tiene un acabado tornasol que lo hace lucir fresco.En cuanto al rendimiento, realmente no tiene problemas para ejecutar varias tareas simultaneamente. La pantalla dividida permite ver videos de youtube mientras juegas. Tiene un acelerador para videojuegos que hace que cargue los juegos con graficos pesados mucho mas rapido. Hice una comparacion directa de la carga del videojuego con el Huawei Mate 20 PRO y es mucho mas rapida en el telefono XIAOMI .La pantalla tiene buena resolucion pero no es tan nitida ni clara como la de un celular de alta gama como el Huawei, pero sin duda es una excelente pantalla considerando la relacion costo - beneficio de un telefono de gama media como es el xiaomi.Sin duda recomiendo ampliamente comprar ese telefono, es rapido, tiene gran almacenamiento y es muy bonito esteticamente. En la caja incluye una funda de silicon que protege y cubre perfectamente al telefono.Del empaque y los tiempos de entrega tampoco tengo quejas. El telefono llego correctamente empacado y se entrego antes del tiempo estimado .Altamente recomendable

J'adore les smartphone et j'en change régulièrement. Depuis deux ans que j'ai découvert xiaomi ils me bluffent à chaque fois ! J'avais commandé le note 9 classique au départ, mais trop peu de RAM, je l'ai renvoyé et ai pris celui-ci. Il est fluide, se recharge très vite et malgré mon utilisation intensive (vinted Facebook, Twitter et candy crush all Day long) j'ai tenu parfois jusqu'à deux jours et demi sans le brancher. Les photos sont très bonnes, et la couleur de ce téléphone, j'adore !

I upgraded from an older Xiaomi model and, overall, pleased with this one.The fast charger is a Euro connector, so a bit useless, but it charges well enough from a standard USB charger, albeit slowerthan it might. It's a USB C connection on the phone. The supplied clear case fits well, and there's a screen protector also in place already. The 2 sim slots (I use both - one for EE, the other for 3) and a microsd slot are on the same tray.Previous phone was part of the Android 1 scheme, so uncluttered and up-to-date software. This has MIUI 11 on Android 10, and a fair amount of bloatware, not all of which you can remove. I use a different launcher so not a big issue for daily use, but finding settings can be a bit of a faff. Some nice features though. I like that I can now have separate ring tones for the 2 sims - something missing in stock Android.Fingerprint reader on the wake button works well. Haven't done much with the cameras, but initial snaps look good.

Mooi en snel toestel. Levering was snel, maar 64 gb geleverd in plaats van 128 gb. Gelukkig had leverancier de probleem enigzins goed opgelost.

Ich habe mich im Vorfeld ausgiebig bei Youtube und auf Testseiten über das Redmi Note 9s informiert, somit war das Gerät keine Überraschungskiste. Dennoch bin ich von der Ausstattung und Qualität positiv überrascht. Die technischen Daten sprechen für sich, das Handy ist wirklich schnell, dank 6GB Ram und einem flotten Prozessor. Der Akku mit 5020 mAh hält erstaunlich lang und ist fix wieder aufgeladen. Ich war bei dem seitlich sitzenden Fingerabdrucksensor etwas skeptisch und das Speichern des Abdrucks ist eine ziemlich fummelige Angelegenheit. Aber er erkennt die gespeicherten Finger zuverlässig und sehr schnell. Faceunlock funktioniert ebenfalls schnell und zuverlässig, ich benutze es aber nicht. Die Kamera reicht für mich völlig aus, ist sogar die beste, die ich jemals in einem Handy hatte. Dabei ist dies auch noch das günstigste Smartphone von allen meinen bisherigen. Das Gerät fühlt sich dank Glas auf Front und Rückseite sehr hochwertig an und die Verarbeitung ist völlig ohne Makel. Ich weiß nicht, warum andere Handys so viel teurer sind, zumal hier intern noch ein 128 GB Speicher verbaut ist, dazu gibt es DualSim und noch Platz für eine SD Karte. Ich kann das Gerät nur wärmstens empfehlen, es fühlt sich für mich nicht so an, als müsste ich aufgrund des günstigen Preises irgendwelche Einschränkungen oder Kompromisse eingehen.
