This collection is delightful and surprising, while also being profound and deeply satisfying. Even the structure of the book is a surprise, but I'll let you discover that for yourself. My favorite poems in the collection are "The Alchemist" and "Leaving the City Behind." I dare you to read them and not feel a little changed, a little hopeful.
