Vitacost Biotin - 5000 mcg - 120 Capsules

I like that these are small capsules and you only have to take one a day. I think it improves the condition of my hair and my nails. I have taken this for years and I'm happy with this product.

I've taken this brand of biotin along with a collagen drink for years. Due to my hormonal imbalances I have thin hair on the top front (essentially male pattern baldness, but manageable when taking the right supplements). This product has helped me quite a bit.

I seen a big improvement in my hair.

I bought another brand after this which had more caps thinking it was a good value and was wrong. The new brand required taking a lot more of them to get the same amount. Should have ordered this again and will next time.

Biotin helps the growth of hair, I constantly loose hair and thanks to Biotin it grows back. My nails are stronger and healthier.

I had cancer in 2011 and am cured now, not living with cancer. I go used Biotin to help regrow my hair. I would use it for 4-6 months then stop for a few months and then start again. My hair length is as long as it was before the cancer but not damaged. Note your hair and skin changes after chemo and radiation treatments.

Very good price but I wish it was a gel cap and not a capsule.

Great Biotin supplement! Easy to take and doesn't stick together or to the pill box like the department store brand does.
