I bought two sets of six different-coloured mugs, and all were of a good quality for general household use. A couple had an occasional tiny black speck in the white glaze on the interior, with no other obvious defects and a good outer finish on all mugs. All of the mugs have been through my dishwasher three times so far, and do appear to be dishwasher-safe, though ironically the print on the underside of the mugs, stating they are dishwasher-safe, was not - It rubbed off the mugs on drying after a 1-hour 65°C washing program.

Despite the package looking Undamaged, some were broken or chipped and the others looked like seconds: tiny bubbles in exterior, scratches and Pitting or smudge marks on white interior or bad painting . I can only assume these are all ‘seconds’Ended up having to go elsewhere to buy mugs.
