A wonderful compilation
This collection of essays, poems, and short fiction brims with true reflections of humanity--of our relationships to water and to God, of loss and life and the funny way God often has of using the former to pour out the latter.Though the incredible contributor list (including Lisa Wingate, Sarah Loudin Thomas, Karen White, Nicole Seitz, and many others) initially piqued my interest, it's the beauty of the collected thoughts in this little book that will earn it future rereads.

Southern Writers
I have enjoyed all of Nicole Seitz's novels. This time she was the editor of a book about South Carolina and the profit from the book goes to help the flood victims from earlier this year. She has managed to collect some of the best Southern writers of today. The book is short but full of some fantastic writing but great authors.

A Tribute to the Low Country
This is an excellent compilation of some of the best Southern voices. The words of these authors and poets truly pay tribute to both the water that sustains us all and the South Carolina low country that was devastated by flood waters in 2015.
