Not sure how to rate these really thin wedges.
I needed a heel wedge and thought these might work...I find them too slim and would have appreciated a set twice as thick.

My Saviors!
Mine have not come apart after a week of constant use. I have earlier versions I've worn for years. Without these little guys I would have to buy $400 orthotics and replace my shoes every six months to avoid not only ankle, knee and hip pain but even stress fractures. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that you have to buy both a right and a left and I only need a left. However, I just flip them over and use the right as a left in shoes I don't wear as often. I also stack them when my shoes get a little worn and the pain returns.

Walking straight again!
I was so pleased to be able to find the heel straights again! It would be nice if there were some adhesive on them to keep them firmly in place but other than that, they are great. Thank you.

Fall apart
I don't understand why these inserts are made up from 2 pieces. It should just be one piece. The 2 pieces are held together with a small piece of double sided tape and COMPLETELY fall apart after 1 day of walking. No problem with seller, this is just a HORRIBLY made product.

INSUFFICIENT SUPPORT
The support (or lift) from these lasted less than a day - once the foam has been squished, it stays that way. Maybe stacking up 3 or 4 would suffice, but NOT worth any amount of money. Don't waste yours!
