Good single plane laser
Great laser for the price, simple single plane laser receiver works well with good tone and display. Battery last a while for only using 2 D cells instead of 4 like most lasers I have used. Easy to remove the top guard to eliminate blind spots in the beam.

1 person transit, awesome.
Pretty awesome if you need a transit. Makes running one of these a 1 person job. Very easy to use and the laser detector is awesome in daylight when you can't physically see it.

Broken
We received this product. Finally got it out of the box to set up and use, the switch is broken on it so we are unable to use. Not very happy for the quality with the cost of the product.

Works as advertised
This was a decent price for this set up all in one case. I was a little confused in the beginning on the grade rod markings. I thought it was going to be inches on one side and tenths on the other. In fact, it was inches on both sides and on one side they were reversed, so maybe like it would be easy to find the depth of a hole, as opposed to going up on the other side of the rod if that makes sense. I think I’m going to order the remote they sell for this. I can see where it would be useful.
