Love this thermostat
Been using it for years and it was time for a replacement order the same one as it is very easy to use and program. Once set up I never have to touch it again

Terrible thermostat
Trane recommends these for unit longevity. However these make your system run twice as much. The user interface is terrible and the schedule is awful to program. Using a C wire on a Nest Thermostat, ecobee or Honeywell work way better and at least have a design from the 21st century.

Cheaper than getting it from your HVAC repairman
I love this thermostat. I have one upstairs and downstairs. The home builder put a cheap thermostat upstairs but I got rid of it and added this one. It give you humidity readings for your home as well as outside temperatures. It also has a scheduling feature that I don't use/need. The best part is you can pair it with your smart phone and control the temperature from your phone. In addition, this is over $200 cheaper than what your HVAC repairman will charge. It's not too hard to install yourself.

Opened Box
The product was advertised as new. Box had been opened and re-taped shut. Since it is a technology product, will be sending it back just to be safe.

Does not do what it is supposed to do.
This thermostat came with the system we purchased, we typically set the AC to 77 degrees, it will constantly run the unit, and say it is 77 or 78 inside, yet it's more like 74 inside. Turn the thermostat off, and miraculously, the temperature reading begins to drop like a stone.
