Nice device
Arrived on schedule and well placed on my porch so it would not be seen from the street. Upon opening the box there were just two items, the oximeter itself and a strap, as indicated in the description. Loaded it up with two batteries and gave it a test. The first thing I noticed was this oximeter feels a bit heftier than my previous unit, which is not a bad thing. It actually felt like a better built product. I then put it on my finger and was mildly surprised at the speed in which the results were displayed. I then put this unit up against two other devices to check the accuracy of the pulse readout. This passed with flying colors. I did not have another device to check oxygen saturation so that will have to wait until I visit my doctor but it was consistent with my previous results. The multi-directional display, in my opinion, is a big plus. About the only fault I could find was with the size of the display, it seemed very small considering the size of the oximeter. Had the display been larger this would have been a five star rating.

Works Great at the Office!
I'm a medical assistant at a doctors office and we are continuously losing pulse ox's or they get swiped. So I decided to buy my own by giving this one a try. Works as advertised. I like how it gives you and the patient, a real time look at the heart rate as its measuring. The HR, Sp02 readings are accurate as they've been compared with the rest of of our supplies. I like how it has a multi-view feature so I can look at the reading while the patient is facing away from me. Good buy and a good value considering several pulse oximeters are $25 and up.

Most Likely Counterfeit
First of all there are no markings of any kind indicating company, logo, seller, or country of origin. This item was sold initially under the seller "senbono", who has not responded constructively to messages to seller. For me the pulseoximeter read 90, which implies I should be on the way to the hospital. The battery contacts are the wrong kind with respect to customary orientation, but if you put one battery in backwards it will boot. While senbono is no longer a seller, this item from caline looks identical and the seller coocal also seems to be selling the same item. What can be seen of the user's manual is identical with the senbono, coocal, and caline. The box is almost identical, with the exception that the label "RR" has been added to the front in the latter two. Interestingly, the user's manual mentions a serial number, which appears nowhere, and has a section on "applicable models, which is blank and has no models listed. Beware of the no-name black pulse oximeter with the ellipsoidal start button

Defective product
The display doesn’t work but the red light inside does . The main screen doesn’t come on at all. It seems like this has been previously used, the screen is all scratched up. Also the battery springs are bent. Including pictures.
