Definitely sturdy. Been through four or five rolls so far, no issues with hand busting through bottom (yuck). Great price. Bought biodegradable kind last time til I realized that nothing breaks down sealed in a larger plastic bag (like the big cans that I toss it into).As far as sheerness, it's a little sheer, but just a little, not enough to notice.As far as odor, unless you hold it up to your nose like I unintentionally did to scratch my face with hand holding bag, you can't smell it.Will def order again

Who writes a review for dog poop bags? Apparently me. So little things were carefully thought of. Know that little sticky tab you need to remove on a new roll and it always shreds the first bag? Not the case!!! Poop bag holder constantly falls apart cause it just pushes together? Not this one! It screws together. You know, it's the small things as an adult like these that make your day better. Adulthood is absolutely bizarre.Thanks for a great product!

We foster dogs, so our needs vary from month to month. But right now we have a really big dog, and these bags do the job! Unlike low-price bags we've tried in the past, these are thick enough to prevent mishaps, easy to open, and big enough for our big boy. It's very helpful that they are available in a large quantity, so we don't run out unexpectedly, and we don't have to constantly re-order.I'm taking their word for it about the improved biodegrading time, and hope it's for real.

If your a daily dog walker then you know you need poop bags!! We have a small Yorkie and even though she lets out little tootsie rolls these bags are more than good enough for us!! We’ve never ripped a bag so I’d say they are strong. We have a little bag holder on her leash and these fit perfectly into our holder for a fraction of the price at pet stores!! We will definitely purchase these again when the time comes!

I have purchased other bags from other makers but didn't like very much. 1 because they were hard to tear apart and other they were too thin and would rip. I did not have that problem at all with this purchase. They are easy to tear apart and thick enough to no worry about it ripping. Will order more for myself and my daughter. Thank You

I hesitated to order these poop bags because of the negative reviews that indicated the bags split, but the price was too good to pass up. I use poop bags to dispose of daily medical waste from a wound. We are recommended to double bag the waste and it was getting expensive to buy regular small trash bags. In addition the regular trash bags were too large and meant a waste of money to use one a day. So I tried these poop bags and was pleasantly surprised. The odor control scents that are in the bags help reduce any unpleasant smells and I can fit a week's worth of bagged soiled bandaging material in one small regular trash bag. I have tried everything I can to get these bags to rip and it hasn't happened yet. I highly recommend these dog poop bags without hesitation.

I thought was buying Earth Friendly brand. These are very similar. Bags easy to pull apart very sturdy and extra large size should you have larger dogs. I will continue to use as the other brands difficult to p[en bag, and some split open. The price can always be lowered.

If you ever have to pick up poops from potty pads - or from inside accidents - these are wonderful! You dont have to take the poops to the outside trash if they are in these bags. They are a pain to open up. it is nice that the end of the bag is labeled "open here"...but it still takes alot of rubbing & squishing & pulling to get it open, which is a total pain when you are trying to get poops picked up & out of there before another dog steps in it! I dont smell any lavender at all, which is a shame. But the point is, the bag can be tied & the smell stays in there. So they do the job.

There are only a few things I look for in my bags- they don't easily tear, the sticker isn't adhered to the first bag with what seems like super glue, and they're big enough to handle my dog's "movements" every time. These bags provide all that.I wouldn't have even written a review, but I was so impressed by the plastic conatiner I had to. Between dropping the leash or just being tossed around, this container has actually stayed SEALED AND ATTACHED TO THE LEASH!No more backtracking to find the cap and a completely unravelled roll of bags on the ground 2 blocks back.Maybe I've just had bad luck with the containers before. But if you have too- this purchase will not disappoint.

I like how the box for this doubles as a storage container for the bag roll and doesn't look bad. The bags are a good size, we have a Westie and these are great. Pick up after your dogs people!
