Prairie Dog CSWPR16 Pet Products Country Chicken & Sweet Potato, Texas Sausages 16Oz

My dog loves these treats. the only others that even come close are the Wag chicken squares fromAmazon. If it isn't one, its the other; He drops his old treats from his mouth and sits and stares at me until I give him a Prairie Dog chicken/sweet potato treat. I accidently discovered this dog treat at Home Goods. I always stop in the dog section to see if they have something we use, they are much less expensive that the pet stores. I thought, "I'll bet my Cavalier would like these" and that was an understatement. He LOVES Prairie Dog treats:)

Our 11 year old dog is beginning to show signs of joint discomfort. She is a very picky eater, and can refuse to eat for several days. So we are relieved when we find food that she will eat. At night, before we go to sleep, she begs for these treats. She eats them as soon as we give them to her. We give her other, non joint, treats. She prefers her Prairie Dog sausage treats over all the other treats we have tried. We do notice an improvement in her mobility. We purchase both the chicken and beef versions. Highly recommend.

These are the only treats my pup loves! I use to buy them from petco but after a few deliveries they came in hard and moldy so I looked them up on Amazon. So far they've come in with good quality. The past few months they've been out of stock. I was able to get a package off the wait list but it took a while. Please get more in! They're in high demand in this house lol

Our dogs generally love this treat but this order was ignored by them. Then I smelled it. It smelled rancid. Appears as if it was not stored correctly. I ended up throwing it away. It is a shame because this brand is our dogs favorite treat but there is no guarantee of freshness whe you can’t see the product before you buy. :(

My hound loves these, and getting them on Amazon is much cheaper than the local PetCo which never seems to have them in stock anyway. THey make a great treat, and can be broken into 2-4 pieces to stretch their quantity during obedience training.

These are small maybe the size of a quarter so good for smaller dogs. They are made in the USA. which is extremely important to me and my dog's health. My dog eats them but is not his favorite for sure.

My dog (a boxer) loves these, SO.... I love them!Wish they were a little more affordable, but otherwise I approve of any dog treat that my dog loves and is made in the USA (land of those horrible evil 'gubmint regulations making citizens and their pets lives healthier and safer. Grrrrrr We could have cheaper dog treats and even more likely, those poor beleaguered companies could make SO much more profit without them) .

Healthy, clean, trustworthy treat the dogs love. They work great for training. The smell if pretty strong, so not great to put in your pocket and DEFINTELY need to wash your hands after, but … the smell if what helps with training (for my pups anyway).
