Taza ChocolateOrganic Chocolate Mexicano Discs, 2.7 Ounce (Pack of 12)

Can't say enough good things about these chocolate medallions. They're not too sweet or bitter; they're just right.

I was a little nervous to order my favorite chocolate in late May, because things are heating up. However, this was packed in a sturdy cardboard box with PLENTY of insulated padding and two ice packs. It was still cool inside, even after riding around in the UPS truck all day. A gold star to Caputo's market for ensuring that it arrived safely. Editing to add that a second order fulfilled by Peters Select a KeHE Solution, was very poorly packaged. It was just the chocolate box thrown into another box with bubble pillows. There were NO ice packs as before, or any type of insulation. Consequently, $50 worth of chocolate is melted, broken and I'll have to toss it. Be careful of who will be fulfilling the order.

So so good! Expensive but worth it for a special treat. Rich and tasty.

I love the grainy texture of Taza Cacao Puro, not to mention the delectable complex taste. This is my favorite of the Taza line of Mexican style chocolate. It’s 70 percent dark, organic and minimally processed — all very important to me. There are two discs to a package, and I consume a disc a day. I consider it health food! And it’s made in Massachusetts, which is nice.My order of 12 disks arrived snugly packed in a tough little narrow box that withstood shipping perfectly.
