When I ran out of my usual Swanson brand vitamins for Biotin I thought I would give these a try to save on shipping. It wasn't worth it. I've used an entire bottle and in that time my nails did maintain their strength but they haven't grown as quickly as they do when taking biotin (and collagen) regulrly. My hair started shedding in large clumps when I switched to this brand, this is something I started taking Biotin to combat. When I was on the Swanson brand I had no shedding and then this brand had me right back to where I started. I wouldn't buy this again. It's one of the few times where the cheaper option turned out to be the better option.... and I was able to stock up on half a dozen bottles for the same price as this one.

this is a great option for biotin supplement. It does not have any side effects that biotin might have. There is no "burb up" after you take it. I have also not experienced hot flashes or intense sweating during the day (when I take it) or at night during sleep. This has happened to me with many other brands of biotin. I also love how tiny the capsules are, extremely easy to swallow. There are no extra fillers in the product and it's kept true to label as raw whole food.

This product was easy to swallow and had no side effects for me. I took for two weeks and didin't seem to notice any grand difference. I will continue to use since the ingredients are non gmo, free Of Soy, Milk, Egg, Shellfish, Corn, Wheat & Peanuts. Contains NO Gluten or Preservatives.

Very happy with this product! It is important to me to only use whole food supplements. This shipped quickly and is very tiny capsules so very easy to take. I am nursing a baby and that usually leaves my hair thinning out by handfuls, but so far it has not at all. In fact my hair is longer and stronger. I have even had complements on my hair. My nails seem to be stronger and growing faster as well. I will definitely buy again and keep taking it.

Great product! Shipped quickly and in great packaging. I love that the product is non gmo, made in the USA, and other than the ONE ingredient (biotin) is a vegetarian capsule.The pill is small and easy to swallow, also recommends taking just one daily which is exactly what I need!I am anxious to see a difference in my hair, skin and nails at the end of this 30 day bottle! I’m definitely going to order another :)

I don't have any issues with this product. I think that its contents work well and do what they are supposed to do. I love that it is organic and raw, and I do like this brand from previous orders. I just dont think that there is anything unique about this product that would make me choose it over another brand. However, I would recommend this product because I trust that the contents inside are what they say it is.

I tried this product for overall health. And even though I’ve always had brittle nails, I didn’t notice the effects immediately until it was sold out and I couldn’t get more. I’m on a another Biotin product and my nails are back to being brittle. The only disappointment here is that I can’t get more.
