Absaar 11 amp Electronic heavy duty, heavy weight, quality battery charger that works well BUT.... Absaar make a range of high specification chargers, some with high accuracy eight stage charging LEDs and I hoped that this one would have a simpler and less expensive version of their same electronics but that was not the case. The green "80% charged" and "fully charged" LEDs illuminate at 13 volts which gives a completely false indication that the battery is charged. (I was hoping not to need another meter to monitor charging progress.)My test results:1. Good condition, top quality, high capacity but completely flat lead acid caravan battery. Connected to charger with mains off i.e. left side LEDs in battery tester mode = flat. Turned mains on and right side LEDs, red "on" and yellow "charging" illuminated and my meter showed steady 5.85 amps. But 30 seconds later the green "fully charged" LED illuminated at 13 volts. Turned off mains and green battery test LED lit at 13 volts too. Repeated several times with same results. Obviously the battery was still flat. Disregarding the useless green LEDs the charger worked perfectly maintaining a high rate which reduced correctly as the battery became charged.2. The green LEDs performed the same way when trying to charge two old flat and completely sulphated batteries.

The LED indicators are completely useless, this means you never know if it's really charging the battery. You have to constantly check it with a tester and it's really frustrating. Don't buy it!

Hab das Gerät erhalten, jedoch ohne Klemm Zangen, haben gefehlt, kann ja passieren, Amazon hat mir dann erklärt das sei so, wollte die Klemm Zangen durch Absaar nachgeliefert haben, wäre bereit sogar sie zu bezahlen, ist aber nicht möglich.Nun muss ich mir woanders welche kaufen!!Schade !
