You have to replace filters and these work pretty good with my BBK 62mm throttle body

Dry filter action
I bought this to replace a K&N filter that came with my intake kit. I like the idea of a dry filter as opposed to an oiled one. The quality is great but the silicone rubber is slick where it connects to your tubing.
