Harris 0620F1 Harris 0 Silver PhosCopper Brazing Alloy PC0, 0.050" x 1/8" x 28 Stick Tube

I have used hundreds of pounds of this brazing rod over the years. It's the best, needs no flux (do not let the desk jockey tell you that it does ... IT DOES NOT!!!, TRUST ME!!!). It is stronger than silver brazing rod, but do not use it for joints where leaks are critical. That is where silver solder and flux come in.

Did a good job for my needs soldering copper air conditioning tubing? For the price, it did a good job.

I was curious about this vs. Sil-Fos 15. I don't care for the Specs , but for what i use it for it works great for Copper Brazing. I too am amazed. of the price i pay for the Sil-Fos and the price of this brazing Rod.

Use on HVAC repair. Works okay. Low silver content limits flow.
