A La Maison Ceilings OC-SWP-PW Ocean Foam DIY Seamless Wall Panels (Case / 48 sq.ft), White

First, I am DIYer. I don't have construction background, but treated this like an art project. I knew I may run into a little trouble that I would have to work around.Installing was rather easy until I got to the edges. My wall is not actually straight. It gets higher and lower as from one end to the other so I knew I would have to custom cut each piece. That was the difficult part. But fitting them together in the middle did produce a seamless fitting.However, because of the wall, it got harder and harder to fit them with my cuts, so there are some seams showing a little. However, when comparing to the other products out there, it's waaaay better.Once installed, I primed the wall 2x and then painted with a satin paint that was a little softer white than the styrofoam white.I will say that I tried sanding the edges. It works limitedly, but I also damaged the panel, which I used joint wall compound and also calking to fix. So I don't recommend any sanding at all. Just take the time to fit it correctly. Calking the edges of the walls came out perfect.The end result is beautiful and I achieved what I wanted out of it. I'm looking forward to doing this in other rooms, since now that I have done one, I know what to do and it will be 2x as fast.

I ordered this brand of tiles because the description mentioned "seamless", in which it was NOT. The tiles line up and the pattern matches from tile to tile like it should. However, you need to be a professional caulker in order for it to appear "seamless".It also says it's made of "foam", but I was shocked to learn that it was literally Styrofoam! The material is so delicate that it gets fingerprint dents from holding and applying it.

Beautiful but would not advise for high traffic área! It’s very delicate, it’s styrofoam
