Life saver
Great as back support and the one unit instead of 3 is great. I had a 3 in 1 but was very restrictive but this is easy and I can do everything in it and is giving me back support while my body heals and adjust.

I have tightened it loose but I would still get back and stomach pains I think I used it quickly or it’s my body . It didn’t help me at all

Fits big
Arrived quickly and material is of a good quality, it does not feel uncomfortable on my skin.However, I went with the size guide provided and have found the belt far too big.It will possibly help posture but has not held me in at all.I would recommend sizing down.
