Overall, it does what it is intended for. It’s an addition to helping get definition on your muscles not a replacement to exercise and diet. I don’t exercise as much as I should even though I have not, I have been watching what I eat and do some calorie deficits daily and I have been feeling some improvement on my abs. My gut has definitely have gotten flatter in 3-4 weeks that I have been using it close to everyday. Definitely use the intensity to your likening; you will feel a discomfort and you will know your threshold.

Advertisement shows able to wear it around. Tried wearing them, while doing light chores and these do not stay on. Maybe lying down on the couch, but I didn’t buy it for that.

I think is really good because it’s not complicated to use and you use them in different parts of the body, it work with batteries and beside it come with some the replacement for the gel pads which I think is very helpful cause I read other reviews of similar products that they don’t come with the replacement for the pads so I just love it I won’t have to worry about that for a long time.

This was so cheap, super thin and stickie, pull's the hair off trying to take it off, and it wouldn't turn on, I'm surprised at Amazon for selling this.

These are extremely easy to use, just slap em on while you are just at home relaxing or focusing on other tasks, these will certainly get the job done in stimulating your muscles, been inactive from the gym for 6+ months and just in abt a month and a half of daily use of the stimulators and my arm muscle ratio has increased by 2 inches. Didn't actually these would work but I was completely wrong, amazing product

Your muscles will definitely respond! You can feel your muscles contracting. I love the fact that this is a COMPLETE KIT that includes, the upper abs, lower abs, biceps, and triceps pads! I recommend making sure that you skins is dry when using the machine just to make sure the pad attachments are secure! The remotes are easy and convenient! Definitely better than having the separate control box like other muscle pad contraction kits!

Honestly I received this item few days ago. I use it for a while. I felt it was good for people who want to massage their abs. The remote control is easy to use but one thing just you need to buy batteries by yourself. I post the product picture below. Overall, I like this one since it was good.
