I bought this heated throw in December 2020 and it was used daily since then. The controller's three lights started blinking and it wouldn't get warm. I called customer service and JULIA arranged for a replacement to be shipped right away. On a scale of 1 to 5, the customer service I received is a 10! Simply outstanding!I want to leave a five star review of the customer service, but I settled on four because the throw did break after just 5 months. However, based on the customer service I received, I will not hesitate to buy from JLA Home again. They stand behind their products and the customer service is top-notch!

I Purchased this for my cold office, this works like magic. It’s big enough to cover my entire body, but sometimes I double it up and just keep it on my lap and feet and it works great!

This blanket if you can call it that is paper thin, it is SO lightweight even it’s being electric doesn’t help in cold climates. I didn’t see this in its description. It heats up well and it’s definitely different with its gold sparkles BUT if your needing a REAL blanket that not only provides the electric heat but the heat of a regular weighted material of a blanket and NOT a babies receiving blanket look at other products but if you live in a warm climate and are just a little cold blooded this might be the product for you.

I just got this throw today, it was packaged very nice and the quality is way more than I expected. It is so soft and beautiful, and I'm so glad I chose this one. I'm also happy that our temp dropped in the upper 30's tonight so I was able to test it out properly. It heats up fast and holds chosen temp very well. The cords and temp control are very good quality, and fit together nicely. If you're looking to buy a nice heated throw look no further! This is the one to buy!

The product heats up via 1/16” wire weaved inside the throw blanket. It does the job - warming us up. But it heats up slower then my small 18”x12” heating mat. Washable was very important, since my dog loves it too!

I love it but maybe keep on medium heat if you’re falling asleep. It has a short auto shut off but I like mine on high heat and it burned a very small hole in the blanket (along the cord line).

This is my new favorite throw to curly up with every cool night, and any cool day, too! It really is soft and it does heat up quickly just as quick. The controller is so handy to have on my lap so I can change the heat setting or turn it off completely. The size is perfect to cover yourself and once you get nicely warm and comfy, you won't want to get up. I didn't even want to get up to write this review. (kidding)But It would be an excellent gift to give to someone elderly that gets cold rather easily. Did I say it's my new favorite blanket? I repeat myself but it's worth it.

I live in Texas and have no desire to actually use the heated blanket in this summertime heat, but my stepdaughters often get cold in the house. I just wanted to get a cheap heating blanket for them to use when they get cold.I never write reviews like this, but I feel a responsibility to do so. When I opened my package in my kitchen, I saw a few tiny brown specks. I looked with my microscope and saw what appeared to be little legs. I closed the package right back up and returned it. I'm not a professional exterminator so I pray I was wrong. I'm so upset right now. This is a very serious concern and I just felt that I needed to let others know.

Got it today. Doesn't even work. Poor quality. Upset and disappointed I spent $100.00 for this. Returned and still waiting for my refund.

Quit working after 2 months!!
