Great staple food for bengalis, would recommend and will buy again!!
Urad dal or "biulir dal" is a great staple for us Bengalis and wherever we are, always look for it. This was a great stock for us and we enjoy this a lot. We soak the dal overnight, boil it and temper with radish, ginger paste, and ground fennel seeds. It comes out with a nice aroma and tastes yum!! We will recommend everyone looking for a different taste from a lentil type grain to go for it. We will definitely buy stuff from Taj again.
