These are fantastic. They remind me of an old Principal Secret product sold many years ago. It's a full round pad so I use them by cutting it in half with cuticle scissors when I'm ready to use them. I place each half under my eyes and they are moist enough to stay put while I get ready for work or do other things. Ten minutes and they really do help refresh the look of the under eye area. I don't have puffy eyes so can't speak to that, but when my eyes look tired in the morning it really does help them look more awake and smooth out the under eye area.

Use these all the time. Great for tired puffy eyes. Wish they came in bigger container.

Cooling eye pad first thing in the morning relieves the puffiness and swelling while spending the last 15 minutes in bed. I love this product and highly recommend as I have not noticed any eye stinging.

I do not have sensitive eyes and this product irritated my eyes quite a bit. Can't speak for results as I didn't use it long enough to find out. Customer service was pleasant and return was easy.

I love the eye pads.They are quite cooling and take away any inflammation. I'm on my third jar.Would recommend to everyone!

This was a little snow to follow

I love these!! they are so nice to use in the morning. They don't completely deflate the undereye bags but they help quite a bit. And the pads are so refreshing.

I've been using these for years, I read about them in a beauty review, tried them and haven't been without them since.
