A little bulky, but seems well built and full of features
I like to fill this up and throw it on the floorboard of my car for long road trips. It rolls around just begging to leak, but it never does. The locking lid was something I didn't care about when I purchased, but seems to come in handy while rolling around down there. I usually pour from the jug into a smaller cup, but I have drank directly from the jug as well. The silicone spout was a welcome feature. Between the large insulated jug, the large bulky lid, the large oversized handle, and the T-handle hook on the opposite side, it makes for a bulky carry. But.... I'm ok with that. It's not something I hike with. It gets thrown in the car and taken out when needed. Exactly what I needed. 5 stars. I'll be sure to update if anything changes.

One day in and I love this jug already.
ETA, One Year Later: I am still using this jug every day. I added an extra-large stainless steel straw for ease of drinking. Even with the straw in place and jug lid open, ice water still stays cold for hours.I’ve only had this jug for less than a day and I already love it. I’m self-employed, work at home, and am also an aspiring novelist. I’m always busy working, researching or reading. I practice a low carb/keto way of eating, for which good hydration is essential. I have two smaller insulated water bottles. I would lose track of my water consumption and forget to log it in my food management app. I decided to get a 64 ounce jug, like a motivational bottle, but one that would keep water ice-cold (meaning I’d be more likely to drink it).I wish I’d bought this jug a long time ago! I can fill it in the morning, add ice, and keep it nearby while I work. The water stays cold, and I’m aware of when I reach 64 ounces of intake - combined with seltzer water I have at meals, I will know when I reach my daily goal of 80 fluid ounces. This bottle is quite thick and sturdy. The indented, cushioned ridges on the outside make it easy to grasp. It is wide and easy to clean by hand; I don’t intend to risk putting it in the dishwasher. This bottle would be ideal for people in labor-intensive work environments, for workouts or outdoor activities, or people like me with health goals.

Update after 7 months of use from 3 to 4 stars.
Handle is flat and thin. Making handle a little thicker and/or cushioned would help. People with large, thick hands will not likely have a problem. Jug sweaths during summer in South Florida, with 90-100% humidity most days, leave puddles on truck seats and lumber. Sweating problem much less in winter months, so will problably insulate well in most states. Very sturdy jug, hard to break. Rubber spout is nice on teeth. Snap lock can be tricky sometimes and take some fiddling, but will lock and no leaks so far. After 7 months, I can no longer line up the snap lock with the handle anymore, so can't open with one hand using my thumb. Still takes 2 hands to operate. 4.5 stars

Excellent water jug
This is a very nice water jug, nice handle and the little handle that is meant for hanging like on a fence is nice too as can put 2 fingers through it and carry it that way also, seals well, does not leak and has a nice spout to pour or drink out of, has flip top on drinking area and this is also locking. I highly recommend this water jug

moldy spout
the leaking others described probably would be fixed by making sure the o-ring is in place properly. my issue is a flaw in the spout. it has like a ridge around the circumference just below the top of it that has been moldy ever since i started using it. it won’t scrub off, or bleach out. it’s kind of gross, but at least no one wants to share my water

It does what it’s supposed to
This jug does exactly what it’s supposed to do and that’s keeping water cold for a few hours. I see a lot of reviews where people complain but they need to remember that this is a $20 water jug for sports and not a Hydro flask! It’s not gonna keep your water cold for 24 hours and it doesn’t say it will. If you would like your water cold for an extended amount of time spend the $80 on a Hydro flask. What it will do is keep your water cold for a few hours while you practice a certain sport. This was a great buy and I would buy it again!

Had potential, but disappointing
Loved the idea. Products appears well built but has numerous flaws after using it for the last few weeks.Cap is plastic and the spring to open the cap is already wiggling around loose. Only a matter of time until that stops working. Not very well insulated. Seems it via the pictures but the product doesn't maintain ice for more than 2-3 hours. Less if there is liquid. I'll fill it 1/3 the way up with ice and then top off with water. Within an hour its gone and the liquid starts warming up.The seal for the lid is the worst part. Constantly falling out of the slot and therefore not maintaining a tight seal. Of course this is only apparent if you go to take a drink and leaks all over you. This happened numerous times in the first week before I figured out you need to push the seal down into the groove EVERY time you go to close the lid. Sometimes that seal will drop as you're gently putting it back on.All in all, pretty disappointed in the product. Will be purchasing another brand soon.
