Make sure all the parts are there
This product works pretty well, but you have to make sure that all the parts are there.I made the mistake of letting the 60 day return policy expire before I opened the package and realised that there was one small part that was missing. It took a couple of months of back-and-forth before they finally mailed me. The part & now it works perfectly
