by far the best AND worst shoes i ever owned.
i cannot figure out how to give a 5 star rating and a 1 star rating at the same time!!!i own 2 pairs of these, one standard and one gtx (gore tex) and they both did the same thing.i absolutely love how comfortable these are!!! they are by far my favorite shoes to wear. i am a mail carrier and do 9.5 miles a day in them. they literally made my plantar fascitis go away and ended knee pain.problem is, the tread on them lasts about 1 week before it is noticeably worn down and about 3 weeks before it is borderline useless. again, happened the same in both pairs.i have no complaints at all about the durability of the rest of the show. I LOVE HOW THEY FIT AND HOW COMFORTABLE THEY ARE.the tread life SUCKS. especially for the price.

sehr bequemer leichter Wanderschuh
Der Schuh ist schön leicht und federt den Fuß angenehm ab. Man schlüpft wie in eine Socke hinein. Unbedingt GTX, damit man auch durch's nasse Gras laufen kann. Für den Alltag wahrscheinlich etwas zu klobig, aber zum Wandern/draußen perfekt. Achtung, Adidas fällt eher klein aus.

Knöchel sind geschützt
Da der Schuh die Knöchel abdeckt, könnte man diesen als Halbstiefel bezeichnen, von denen ich als erfahrener Jakobspilger bereits mehrere Fabrikate ausprobiert habe. Am Terrex Hiker Free GTX Trailschuh gefällt mir, dass dieser wesentlich leichter ist als Vergleichsmodelle. Allerdings würde ich diesen auch nicht für ausgesprochen alpinistische Touren benutzen. Für sämtliche meiner bisher 7 Jakobswege ist er jedoch sehr gut geeignet, mit Ausnahme des Caminos Dos Faros, bei dem man auch durch Felsen kraxeln muss. Wie bei Sportschuhen von Adidas üblich, muss man diesen eine Nummer größer als normal bestellen. Ich habe z.B. normalerweise 8 1/2, aber den Terrex Hiker Free GTX bestellte ich in 9 1/2, und dieser passte dann auch, wobei man berücksichtigen sollte, dass die Füße bei Touren über 20 km ohnehin noch anschwellen. Die Dämpfung der Schritte durch die Boost Technologie habe ich bereits bei einem anderen Modell zu schätzen gelernt.

Sehr komfortabel zu tragen
Die Schuhe tragen sich wunderbar. Normalerweise reiben etwas höhere Schuhe immer hinten oder am Knöchel bei mir. Durch den elastischen Stoff hat man keinerlei Probleme damit. Man spürt eig. kaum, dass man überhaupt einen Schuh trägt. Federn wunderbar ab und rollen auch nach vorn ab. Sehr bequemer Wanderschuh in toller Qualität.

Ich bin begeistert
Für mich die optimalen Outdoor-Schuhe, wenns kalt oder nass ist. Leicht, bequem, nicht zu kalt und nicht zu warm. Reinschlupfen ist ein wenig fummelig, da man den Schuh wie einen Strumpf anzieht. Aber wenn man den Schuh an hat spürt man diesen nicht. Dazu noch eine Boost-Sohle wie in hochwertigen Laufschuhen. Und gut verarbeitet ist der Schuh auch noch. Ach ja, gut aussehen tut der Schuh noch dazu. Bei der Größe bitte die "Sportschuh-Größe" wählen, nicht die von Business-Schuhen, sonst fällt der Schuh zu klein aus.

Le migliori scarpe che abbia mai acquistato ( dopo 2 paia di ultraboost 19 e 20 ) . Certo, il prezzo può sembrare elevato per un paio di scarpe ma credo siano i soldi meglio spesi considerando che le uso 10/12 ore al giorno per lavoro, è importantissimo avere ai piedi qualcosa di comodo e robusto allo stesso tempo, e per il momento queste due caratteristiche vengono soddisfatte in pieno, in aggiunta sono anche molto belle esteticamente...il che non guasta!Belle e basta...
