Restart a Childhood Hobby which everyone loves to receive...
The media could not be loaded. These are cotton and made locally, for me,in a family owned weaving place in NH. They make a lovely thick potholder which is safe for hands to use picking up hot kitchen items. Potholders are 6" x 6" which is I think safer than something larger that can get in the way when removing a pot from the stove or a pan from the oven. I have all the colors and Harrisville Designs sends you a little pattern book for helpful designs.

Nostalgic fun, color coordination
I love these things. It's fun to make little pot holders and make a lot of matching ones. I don't mind loose threads, anything really long and getting in the way I cut off during attaching, and then if there are any little scraggly ones when I'm done I snip them off after I've taken the pot holder off the loom. No big deal. I've had the variety mix that comes with the loom and then several of these separate colors, I've never come across any loop too big or too small.

PERFECT
These work perfectly and are very nice in color and every single one has worked on loom. PERFECT and I will order again! (I remember as a child some not being long enough and having to toss some)

Very good but too expensive
Hi yet again,Harrisville cotton loops are by far the highest quality loops I've used in the 55+ years I've been making people happy with potholders. Ever other brand has a huge percentage of unusable loops - they're too short for the loom. My only problem with Harrisville, even purchasing them from Amazon, is the price. It costs about $2.50 to make ONE potholder.Yikes.Thank you for reading this.Be
