Panacea 86617 Contemporary Plant Stand, Black, 15.5"

This stand is very sturdy compared to the cheaper stands made of what amounts to thick wire. The legs and top rings are about 1/4 inch thick square shape.The top opening is about 9-1/4 inches. See photos. If will use a terracotta type saucer from the big box store the odds are the largest fit you will find is an eight inch saucer. See photo. The eight inch saucer in the photo has been painted.Not a big deal for me is one or more of the legs is about 1/16 to 3/32 inches longer/shorter resulting a slight wobble which is not a big deal when a pot or other object with some weight is setting on the stand. You will not notice unless you rock the stand. It is not noticeable by just looking at it. Anyway deduct one star for this.Overall no major complaints.

I didn't want to say I don't like it because the stand is working to hold my dogs food dish. (he had surgery and has to have his food higher). The stand is not very sturdy though. I had read that in another review but it was the correct height and I was having trouble finding an actual stand for dog dishes at about 15''. If you use it as a regular plant stand and don't move it, it would be good. I would not put a tall plant on it if it could be tipped over. My husband splayed the legs some to make it more stable but it only helped a little. I think the quality of workmanship isn't too bad. Not fancy though.

We needed something to raise our big dogs water bowl off the floor. Right size for his bowl & height for his neck.

Somewhat flimsy and light weight. But then again, you don't pay much for the stand.

This is a very sturdy plant stand. I originally bought it for outside, but it's so nice, I am using it with a very large pot in it and it works great. I will very probably buy a couple more to match. Thanks!!

Pleased with this purchase. Perfect for my small patio and its sturdy also . It held up well in moderately windy days. A bit costly.

The picture of this item clearly shows that the bottom "shelf" is connected and off the floor. In reality there is no way to connect the shelf. It does stand on its own and can be used but it does not connect as shown.

Looks perfect. Just the height I wanted and sturdy enough to have in the home. Already comes assembled, so dodnt have hassel of sorting that. Bargin price too I feel
