Used with pipe clamps
I can’t rate this product for its intended use. I did use it in a way that might help those with similar projects to mine—extending clamping capacity for larger glue-ups. These were used for Bessey ¾ pipe clamps on 5 ft Pipe Decor 3/4” Malleable Cast Iron Pipe because I needed a few inches more clamping length to make a bed. It is important to note that mortise and tenon joints do not require a great deal of clamping strength. You may need to use wooden spacers for the connectors since they are about 3/16” above the pipe (pic). The connector pipe threads were not cut as deep as expected for the tapered pipe threads (pic). Four clamps were used, 2 on top and bottom. Connectors were sent quickly and packaging was great.

These Fittings Are Not Made Right
I have ordered several threaded items, all from China, and all have had the threads either cut too deep, or not deep enough. Usually this sort of thing is fine from Amazon/China but here lately there has consistently been a problem. First of all I do have to say these are the thinnest threaded fittings I have ever seen. I bought fittings for the air lines in my shop, and they had the same problem as these fittings I am buying now to help re-pipe my house after the big freeze here in Texas. The problem is that the fittings screw in too far by hand to ever have enough threads left to tighten them up. I bought brass fittings that I can screw into these couplings by hand that only leave two threads showing. I am not even trying hard, but when you get out the wrench and try to tighten them up they bottom out, never get tight, and leak. They leak air, they leak water, they are not made right. Trust me, I am a retired union plumber, and plumbing supervisor for a repair shop with 44 years of experience. I know what I am talking about when it comes to threaded connections. These are not right.

Great Look for a Great Price
I built a whole shelving unit using Brooklyn Pipe parts. I had no threading issues or fitting issues. The pipes are to size with strong threads. The support pipes are strong yet lighter than standard piping you would find at a box store. The backplates matched up with the threading of the pipes, along with all the other fittings. Everything was hand tightened, no need for a wrench. Using Brooklyn Pipes saved me a lot of money when doing this project. If I would have used a box store, I would have spent an extra $150 dollars. Great product, good price.

Waste of money!
Quite simply...worthless. Not threaded straight so completely not functional with my needs.

Very thin, poorly made
These might be useful for a plumbing pipe aesthetic, but the metal was cast poorly and threaded improperly. These are DEFINITELY useless for actual plumbing needs. Even for aesthetics only, one side of each is too large to fit 3/4" pipe without heavily wrapping it with tape.

Very Satisfied
These arrived promptly in a padded box with each an its own foam cell.Perfect for my (decorative) needs. I'm not qualified to judge how good they would be for actual plumbing.Recommend.

Nice
I sent it back because the entire set up did not work out for my home so there was no need for them. Buying something in sections turned out to be a bad idea for me.

Pipe Clamps
Had a set of pipe clamps for year. No pipes. Purchased a set of 18" threaded pipes and these to link them together to make whatever length I need.
