I know this product wasn't designed for this purpose, but my son recently started showing signs of anxiety and we found if he kept this coin in his pocket and rubbed his fingers across the bumpy lettering it served as a calming fidget for him. This has helped him stay calm during class time or moments of stress. It also never hurts to carry around a piece of scripture!

These are great little coins to provide inspiration to people on a bad day. My husband and I carry them in our pocket and give them out, and also ask the recipient to pass it on if they feel guided to.
