I had a bad review previously because I had not received the email with my Warranty. The company did take care of it and emailed it to me. It's possible I could have thrown it away thinking it was SPAM, but they were kind enough to resend it to me.

Why did I buy it????
TRied to file a claim & got nothing but issues with the web site. Unable to file claim. Dehumidifier is broken & my money is wasted. Don't buy this policy!!!
