Love The Results
After trying oil pulling a few times, I find that I really like to do this once in a while because it really gets into my gums and between my teeth much better than even the best brushing can do. I'll still brush and will alternate how I'm treating my teeth. Sometimes both in the same session. As far as oil pulling goes, I find that this one is a little lighter than some others. It's also much lighter than using pure coconut oil. This may or may not be preferable for your personal needs. Sometimes I prefer a lighter oil over a heavier one. It just seems quicker and easier. I find that this oil pulling oil is good for an easy session. The cinnamon taste very nice and isn't too strong. Strong enough to taste nice and be effective, but not so strong that it starts to burn your mouth. Though it cleans the mouth well, I still will finish off with something minty because cinnamon just never really holds up on me after use. Although, for some reason, the cinnamon in this oil isn't anywhere as bad as how every other cinnamon oral product has left me. The others always taste good but end up leaving me with a bad aftertaste and wanting a stick of mint gum or a mouthwash fix. This wasn't bad, though I still felt like I had brushed my teeth but forgot to use mouthwash. It really does a great job at cleaning between my teeth as well as treating my gums. After use, my teeth are very shiny and look great. There's been a little bit of whitening, but not a whole lot to speak of yet. Time will tell on that.

I'm addicted to this stuff
As we age, our gums began to recede slightly, leaving larger spaces between the teeth. It has been more difficult to keep my teeth as clean as I'd like. Somewhere along the line I read about "pulling oil" and decided to add it to my mouth hygiene routine. This is the fourth pulling oil I have tried and this is the one I will stick with. Here's what I like about it: It has an easy pump dispenser, works very well and tastes really really good - if you like cinnamon, which I do. I would say the main reason why I prefer this product over other products is the taste. If you use a pulling oil appropriately, seems like any of them will do the job but if you are going to have to keep something in your mouth for several minutes, you should like the flavor.

Unrealistically expensive
8 oz. won't last long and not worth the pot of gold price, so no opportunity to review over time. Loved the cinnamon flavor, which might help breath problems. (Can't get Dentyne or Red Hots here--only reason I tried this product. Doubt 8 oz. will even give me an idea whether sluicing (pulling) rinse is worthwhile. My retired dental hygienist wife doesn't approve (dismisses advantage of "pulling" & concerned about staining tongue short-term and staining teeth over time--as artificially colored mouth rinses do).

most definitely works but too watery lately
This is the 4th time I have ordered this mouth rinse. I do have to say that it has been watered down a bit. The oil was much thicker in the past. I don't know why they have added water to it. As an RN I do attest to the medicinal effect of this mouth rinse. it will def decrease swelling of the gums but you should still brush and floss several times a day.Cinnamon has been know to reduce swelling of the gums, improve breath but the fact that this product has been watered down concerns me. Perhaps there is a cost factor associated with this but it will still work when used as directed. If they continue to water it down , I will not purchase it anymore and will make my own mixture with cinnamon powder and oil.I don't see why I should pay a hefty price for this product if its watery.the directions before said to rinse up to 20 minutes and it was very thick. Now the instructions say you can rinse for 20 seconds. Red flag right there.Try it and then visit your hygenist.Good luck!!

50% Success Rate
I’m giving this product the benefit of the doubt. Both my wife and I tried this with very different results. She felt it beneficial and benign meaning it did no harm and likely did some good. She did not try the very long exposure times advocated for advanced users in the instructions. My results were a good deal poorer. I couldn’t hold this oily combination in my mouth for more than a few seconds. The mouthfeel caused, in me anyway, almost instant nausea. My tries at toughing it out never got further than maybe 10 seconds when I started to gag and had to get rid of it or face a major adverse consequence. Now after four tries at holding it in, I can’t face trying for a fifth. My wife never has had even a hint of this sort of trouble. I can’t determine which of us the outlier is. Thus I cannot recommend trying this or passing it by. I’m going to guess I’m the odd one out but really, it’s anybody’s guess.

Love it!
Can't wait until my subscription comes! My teeth are noticeably whiter! This eliminates morning breath if you use this before bed, along with brushing!

Cinnamon is Managable
The media could not be loaded. Cinnamon can be a really strong, and so I was slightly leery.Yes, it has a bite, but it is manageable. Smell is pleasant. If you like the cinnamon gums, you should like this. This is a larger bottle with a pump that can be added after it arrives. This will prevent spills in shipping. So far, I like the product. It is suppose to be chemical free. But there is no coconut oil in the mix. Most of the mentioned oils are great healers in quality oils. $18 for the bottle. You don't need much to do the pulling.Pulling should ease the liquid from one side to the other and do it as long as possible (20 minutes is great). Don't force the liquid like a fast mouth wash swish as your mouth muscles will get tired fast. .... A small amount to start and ease up as you find your comfort zone. You could mix this will coconut oil to stretch it out. .... Spit into trash or outside (NOT the plumbing). Do Not Swallow!!!
