Love Grandma Mae's Food for my Dog
While I haven't tried this mixture yet, I have used the water buffalo food and whitefish food now and in the past. My dogs seem to do well on this product. My vet said lamb and fish seem to have the least allergic reactions so I so pleased to find this combo at Amazon. My pet store does not carry this combo. Plus - much cheaper.

I've had Lovebug for 6 months; she is 9 years old and had to be rehomed. Lovebug was on a Purina diet that was not healthy in my opinion. In my search for a better quality, but also likeable dry kibble was a bit of a search. This pork/whitefish combo is Lovebug's favorite. I do add a teensy water to make a little bit of moist "gravy". All the Grandma Mae's products I have tried have been a "go" with my pup.

Mostly Healthy
My dog enjoys it and it is healthy, but my VET did say that for a puppy there should be more fat. My dog isn't gaining as much weight as she should, so they suggested we increase her intake (from 3/4 cup per day to 1 cup per day) with this food, since i had a whole bag at home.. She's made it to 10lbs and we are still on it and she has no problems with it. My only issue is the past few months since i've been ordering it, although PRIME, it's now taking 5 days to get to me... which has made me run out of food for my pup. I'm used to proper scheduled PRIME shipping which is next day or the day after. so once again, i placed an order and it won' the here for 6 days this time. Might need to find another vendor, OR, buy another extra bag to always have one in stock...

Great Dog Food but available close to me in a much larger size bag.
Grandma Mae’s Country Naturals is a great grain containing dog food for dogs that have dilated cardiomyopathy or gastritis. I won’t be ordering it again on Amazon because 16 pounds is way too small a size to feed my 3 large dogs 2 meals a day. My local store where I normally bought it from and I needed something to have to feed my dogs until an order from the Hollywood Feed in Tennessee overnighted 2 extremely large bags to me.

Haven't personally tasted it. 😁My two mini weiners love it. Easy to eat and the keep coming back.
