While the plants arrived in good condition, they were very small, about 8 inches tall. The pictures are very deceiving.

Beatiful shrubs arrived earlier than expected.They were packed with great care and arrived in great shape. Very healthy!Ready to get in the ground!

What you actually receive is Ternstroemia Gymnanthera, a cousin of the Japonica. They look quite nice and are good as normal plants, but have zero value to someone wanting to use these for spiritual purposes. I'll be keeping them, but disappointed it is mislabeled on the site.

The positive: both cleyera japonica arrived in careful packaging.The negative: they have at least two different diseases, fungal infections from the looks of things. 80% of the leaves had to be removed, the rest treated with fungicide, and I will be pleased but surprised if they end up alive for much longer. There's also the risk that these will end up infecting the rest of my garden. One star is too high, in this case.They arrived drenched, which these plants dislike. If they've been getting overwatered all along, I'm not surprised they're ill.
