The only multivitamin I will ever take!! Before I take any type of vitamin, I do my research. I stay away from questionable ingredients and the vitamins that have fillers. These are top tier AND they make me feel amazing. FYI-- Your 1st urine in the morning will be a bright yellow with a slight of green.. do not be alarmed! My oldest daughter started taking them and a few of my friends and they all agree with me!
