Love these recipes including the little details at the top of lots of the recipes as to how they were developed. Loved the one pot chicken pie

Fabulous book, although I wouldn't recommend to a novice as a lot of the description in the recipes tends to be a little vague and you do need a good cooks head to know how to interpret what to do (come back Delia) to make the final dish

Another useful cook book. Not every recipe has a photograph though. Still worth buying

As always the author's great passion for food and it's preparation and place in our lives is recounted beautifully. He writes with great clarity and helps you overcome your fears that you could never cook his recipes. Try it, I did, and I have never looked back. Thanks James!!!
