Has a lot of potential just needs some quality control adjustments the shipping and packaging was great i was kinda of shocked when it had a few small chips and dings nothing major about a dime size there was about a half inch strip from top to bottom on the outer edge of the door that didn't receive the primer coating like the rest of the door had and about a 9 inch area of cracking and splitting on the same edge not sure if that was the cause? The middle inner trim pieces were also off about a quarter of an inch and not lined up properly on the corners causing the door to bow a little and not be squared or seal properly when closed not a big fan of the mittered strip they used either maybe if it was about a half inch thicker it was all things that can relatively be fixed by prying them off and realignment and using a little filler and primer but the fact that it's a prehung unit and supposed to be good to go out of the box along with the price was kind of upsetting thought it would be higher quality then a lowes or home depot brand but it was not the door slab itself is pretty solid and sturdy though

The only drawback was the delivery time (took more than two weeks). But everything else was great - shipment was arranged via phone call, door arrived in great packaging and the frame was intact. I literally took out the old frame and put in this new one with zero issues!
