Bright, Affordable, and User-Friendly
The Adafruit NeoPixel Ring stands out for its exceptional value, delivering far more than its modest price tag suggests. Not only is it incredibly easy to program, thanks to the helpful example sketch provided by Adafruit, but it also impresses with its brightness and color quality.I used the NeoPixel Ring for a project that required smooth color transitions, and it performed brilliantly. The brightness level was way beyond my expectations, making the colors pop with an intensity I hadn't anticipated. Every hue was vivid, and the transitions were seamless, adding a professional polish to my work.Integrating this LED ring into my Arduino project was straightforward, without any of the fuss you might expect from more complex components. The straightforwardness and reliability of the NeoPixel Ring are its strong suits, especially considering its affordability. It's a testament to Adafruit's commitment to quality and accessibility in their products. For anyone looking to enhance their projects with bright, dynamic lighting, the Adafruit NeoPixel Ring is a standout choice. Its combination of ease of use, surprising brightness, and overall quality makes it a must-have for hobbyists and seasoned makers alike.

Great LEDs, and very bright
I bought this to make a LED light stand for a large quartz stone that I dug out of Hogg Mine in Georgia. I used an arduino to run it, and I got chat gpt to write the code. It was all really easy.

Great for my project
Easy to use -- leveraged a WeMos D1 mini and the awesome WLED Arduino software to turn this into an office status light for my wife.Great piece of kit for many projects! Also plenty of STLs if you want to 3D print a diffuser, case, or shield for it.

Great NeoPixel board - beware of small solder points.
This NeoPixel board is great and works as expected. However, beware that the soldering points which are necessary to make the connection to your microcontroller are very small and take some patience to get right without joining surrounding joints. I had trouble soldering wires from the bottom side of the board compared to the top.

Fell in love with a... neopixel ring...
I just love neopixel products. This was the first neopixel ring I bought. I since realized I can get the same part (more or less) for as much as half price going with a more generic brand. But I don't mind supporting Adafruit when I can. The Adafruit products seem a little more A stock than some of the cheapos, but so far they've all worked and even chained together. You will be surprised how bright these will get if you set brightness high. Colors are fantastic. I find using it on 0.08 brightness is often plenty for basic testing needs. Another reason to buy from Adafruit is their excellent documentation, sample code, and driver support.

These things are awesome and incredibly easy to use
These things are awesome and incredibly easy to use! They had them to me in record time. I used them for a costume I was working on and they made it really stand out.

Reverse order from the 24's
Pixel #1 is left from pixel #0 and so on. Incrementing pixels rotate counterclockwise. This is the opposite of the 24 pixel rings and the 60 iirc.Very power efficient, the processor + a 24 + a 16 + a 7 segment backpack all on the lowest brightness setting draw less than 60ma for the bunch.
