You can't offer a 3 days shipment on something like prosciutto cotto! Male us pay more, but don't waste our money! Had to throw it away because it went bad!UPDATE! After complaining with the seller they offered a replacement for free. This time the prosciutto arrived in time and it's amazing! They even added free chocolate bar that is delicious! Thanks for being so helpful

By the time the item was received the chill packs were completely defrosted and at room temperature and the product smelled off and had to be thrown out.Will never order this again, a complete waste of my money.

I ordered this product and it is very good, I ordered it a second time. If you’re looking for really good prosciutto this is the one for you! It is sliced veryThin and A very good flavor! The flavor you can expect from a good imported prosciutto.

Sellers shipping methods suck. Deli was warm. Ice packets were literally full of water. Don’t recommend this product. Should have used dry ice.

Product when received I tempted it & because I could tell that it was not cold when I opened it & I brought it in as soon as the driver left it , if it had sat outside for a long time it wouldn’t be good. So wHoever packed it didn’t do a good job! It tempt at 50 degrees it should be at 40

If you ever traveled to Italy and had “real” ham... this is the best you can find on the west side of the USA. Sweet, thinly sliced... impeccably packaged... slices are placed between thin paper, sealed in plastic wrap, covered in butcher paper... packaged with dry ice... very nice!

cold bags were hot also item showes picture of italian prociutto . this is not, is is regular thin sliced ham. Uneatable bc was not kept cold. Want to return, but is not letting me return for refund
