I am pretty impressed with the quality of the feed and the size is a perfect transition for juveniles birds from scratch to pellets. I was having a hard time with the adult pellets to the point where I would have to sit and break them apart but the size on these really hit the sweet spot for the transition and my chickens loved the quality. There is some powder residue that is pretty normal in a bag of pelleted feed. The size was sort of the only miss for me. I think the formula is 2 birds, 1 bag, 2 weeks ( but I’d say that’s a solid stretch and maybe 2 days max. It’s about a quart size bag and while the quality is amazing, this will likely be a every-so-often purchase for a treat to mix in with the standard feed. Price and size aside, you get what you pay for with the amazing quality.
